Our club waiver may be downloaded, signed and given to a club representative upon confirmation of full club membership.

Visitor Agreement

Those wishing to learn more about our sport are always welcome to observe club practice. Anyone wishing to be an official visitor to the club with helper working time must schedule participation in club practice with a club member. See the Contact Us section for contact email and phone number.
